TheIbis Ripley AF kit SLX 2023 is our beloved category-defiant, short-travel, singletrack-scorching Ripley made of aluminum, with a more aggressive geometry. All the sizzle and pop of the carbon Ripley, now available as a complete bike at an economical price. A trail-friendly 65.5-degree steering angle and a short (44mm) Offsetr fork with 130mm travel, combined with 29" wheels create a super plumb but fun front feel. The 76-degree saddle angle transmits all your power directly to the pedals, while the short chainstays and cinematics of the successful dw-link susper suspension system effective with pedaling deliver that power without wasting a single watt. Our 15-year collaboration with Dave Weagle has resulted in another bike with unparalleled climbing efficiency and handling. Incredible speed and responsiveness are its trademarks, it goes up like a shot and fall with crushing ease. Together they result in the best suspension you can find anywhere. It's that good. The frame is designed to mount long telescopic seatposts. IBIS It pioneered the wide-deck revolution a few years ago and we inspired a new generation of wider 2.4" to 2.6" neumatics. When combined, this combo executed at ultra-low pressures produces cornering grip that drags the elbow without sacrificing speed. Aluminum IBIS frames have a 7-year warranty against manufacturing defects and the same excellent customer service as their carbon products.
