Shipping your orders

Accessories are transported by www.ltmracing.com on orders over 50 Euros. The delivery time will be 24h through the company SEUR. The transit period for the Balearic Islands can be delayed up to 48 hours.

  • If the purchase is less than 50 Euros the price of 24h transport is 6 Euros to Peninsula up to 10 kilos.
  • In the purchase of a frame the price of transport is 25 Euros (Peninsula) 45 Euros (Balearic Islands).
  • In the purchase of a bicycle the price of transport is 60 Euros (Peninsula) 80 Euros (Balearic Islands).
  • The transit period for the Balearic Islands can be delayed up to 48 hours.

Returns

(According to art. Art.71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and the modification of articles 68-79 and 102-108 of this decree Law 3/2014, in force since March 29, 2014). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to exercise your right of withdrawal or return.

The expenses generated by the return of the product will be borne by the buyer (Art.. 1 RDLg 1/2007). It is very important that you return the exchange or return products to us perfectly packaged and without having been used or manipulated. In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.

Nor will the return of helmets, clothing, footwear, glasses, gloves and clothing without their corresponding labeling be admitted. You just have to send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use. Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse and verify that all the above conditions are met, LTMRACING.COM will manage the return of the product by refunding the amount paid by the same payment system with which the purchase was paid, less the shipping and management costs related to your order, and the return commissions of the bank if any. The shipping costs incurred will be deducted from their return amount even if the shipment has been free for the customer, between € 10 and € 40.

If you made the payment on delivery or by transfer, we will ask you for an account number where to pay the amount.

In case you want the change of size of a product. We advise you to contact our Customer Service Service to manage it. The management costs will be claimed in the event of not having the item in stock and having had to order exclusively one unit in size, color, size or characteristics according to the customer's request. And they will be those corresponding to the extra transport expenses generated and / or others that may be caused. In the case of defective products or erroneous shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by BIKECOMP S.L, and we must be informed within a period not exceeding 24 hours from receipt.

Other

All products that ltmracing.com promotion at a special price will be displayed on the website with the following information: offer price, usual price, discount percentage and end date of the offer or promotion. These offers will be available until the indicated date, except for the end of stocks, in which case the product will automatically disappear from the web.

The prices and offers on our website are also valid for our physical store in Madrid.

www.ltmracing.com will not send any merchandise until it has the detail or confirmation of payment. For greater speed you can send the proof of income or transfer by fax to the number 915 626 349.

Our prices are subject to parity changes, so they may vary without notice.

The maximum return period is 7 days. The product must be found with the original packaging intact so that it is possible to fertilize or exchange for another product.

Some photos may not match the named product, they are shown as well because they lack the corresponding photo.

The customer, when formalizing an order or receiving our products, gives as accepted these conditions of sale.

In case of litigation, both parties must submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid.
