18. Information on Cofidis Financing Conditions for Partner Websites – Customer Interest with Financed Arrangement Fee (CAP)

 

Financing option subject to the approval of Cofidis, S.A. Sucursal en España for amounts between 150 and 6000 EUR in installments of 3, 6, 10, 12, 18, 24, 30, and 36 months. NIR 0%. APR of 5.83% to 47.13%, which var depending on the amount and term of financing selected, due to the existence of a commission. This financed arrangement fee var between 3% and 9% depending on the term of the financing, always with a minimum of €150. The minimum amount of the monthly fee is 15 EUR. 

*Example of financing of an amount/RRP of 6000 €. Term: 36 months. 35 installments of €181.67 and a residual fee of €181.55. Total amount due / total price in instalments: €6540. Total cost of credit: €540. Minimum APR of 5.83%, financed arrangement fee: €540 (9% with a minimum of €10).  

*Example of a financing option of an amount/RRP of €150. Term 3 months: 2 installments of €53.34 and a residual installment of €53.32. Total amount due / total installment price: €160. Total cost of the credit: €10. Maximum APR of 47.13%, financed arrangement fee: €10 (3% with a minimum of €10).  

Both representative examples are calculated using the French depreciation system. Example of financing dates: For a purchase made on 01/08/2023, the first installment will be charged on 01/09/2023.
