That is why now, within our constant evolution, we want to make it easier for you with the new home collection service we offer.

What does this service consist of?

You call us and we pick you up and deliver your bike. It's that simple

To arrange the collection appointment you just have to call us at the phone 915618572 and thus we will specify the date and place of collection and delivery of the bicycle. As it could not be otherwise, the collection will be carried out with the regulatory security measures.

Pick-up and drop-off service areas

o Zone A: (Green) (Except central walnut). The cost of the service is € 10 and includes the areas of Madrid capital, Alcorcón, Móstoles, Boadilla del Monte, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Majadahonda, Las rozas, Alcobendas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Paracuellos del Jarama, Algete, Coslada, Cobeña and Leganés.

o Zone B: (Azul) The cost of the service is € 20 and includes the areas of Arroyomolinos, Torrelodones, Hoyo de Manzanares, Colmenar Viejo, Tres Cantos, Ajalvir, Torrejón de Ardoz, Mejorada del Campo, Getafe, Fuenlabrada, Alcalá de Henares, San Fernando de Henares, Rivas-Vaciamadrid, Villaviciosa de Odón, Fuente el saz de Jarama and San Agustín de Guadalix.

o Zone C:(Amarillo) The cost of the service is € 30 and includes the areas of Manzanares el Real, Soto del Real, Miraflores de la Sierra, Guadalix de la Sierra, Pedrezuela, el Molar, Valdetorres del Jarama, Valdeolmos-Alalpardo, Fresno de Torote, Daganzo de arriba, Mejorada del Campo, Velilla de San Antonio, Arganda del Rey, San Martin de la Vega, Pinto, Parla, Humanes de Madrid, Moraleja de Enmedio, Navalcarnero, Sevilla la Nueva, Brunete, Villanueva de la Cañada, Villanueva del Pardillo, Galapagar, Moralzarzal and El Redegüelo

* The cost of the service includes collection and delivery.

* All revisions or repairs that exceed € 60 will have a discount of € 10. The service will be free from € 150.

* If you only need the pick-up service and want to pick up your bike at the store you will have a 5% discount on the total of your bill.

* You can include products from the store to reach the free service.
