Suspensions workshop
At LTM Racing we offer you a global service for your bike. Choosing your new bike is the simplest part, but the subsequent maintenance and advice so that everything works as the first day is the part that requires more specialization. That is why in the suspension section, we have a technical service that will help you to always make your suspensions perform at their best.
One of the most important parts of your suspensions is the settings. Our technicians will help you configure the settings of your suspensions, as well as offer you tips to improve their performance.
Maintenance is a super important part and you should not let the deadlines recommended by the manufacturer pass. Otherwise, the performance of the suspensions will be affected with premature wear of the internal and external components.
We work with the best tools and the best oils and only use original spare parts of each brand.

Operations we carry out:
- Complete repair
- Change of seals and oil.
- Custom adjustment and tuning.
- Change of springs in forks and shock absorbers, we have many measures.
- Bring us your fork as standard and we will tune it for competition.
We leave you below the basic recommendations on the maintenance of suspensions.
Minimum recommended maintenance on forks
After each departure:
Exterior cleaning with mild soap and water. Then pass a dry towel. SAG check and hydraulic adjustments. Visual and function inspection of all dials/remote controls.
Every 125 hours or annually:
Maintenance of complete fork (complete internal and external inspection, complete revision of the hydraulic and air cartridge, replacement of seals and lubricating oil).
Recommended minimum maintenance on shock absorbers
