The Oso IBIS uses steel reducers for mounting the shock absorber on the upper link. We recommend removing them before sending the shock for repair. There are small notches on the inside to help your mechanic "easily" disassemble them with an awl. If you've lost your gearboxes or need an extra set so you can quickly switch between shocks, add these beauties to your cart!
