LLB seals are the most popular light contact seals in Enduro. LLB seals are composed of nitrile rubber with a steel insert and are ideal for hub bearings and bottom housings that rotate constantly. Instead of a thick 2RS sealing lip that rubs against a blunt surface, the LLB type uses two very thin sealing lips that travel into the groove of the bearing race. The outer lip keeps water and contaminants out, while the inner lip retains grease for smooth operation and longer intervals between servings.

LLU seals are full-contact, double-lip seals that snap into a groove in the inner track. With more sealing pressure than LLB seals, LLU seals are ideal for suspension pivots and steers that only rotate a few degrees instead of rotating continuously. Increased seal pressure helps retain 90% of the grease filler to continuously lubricate balls and tracks, while keeping dirt and moisture out
