There are no cable ties or Velcro straps to ruin your bike's clean lines, as they're secured with bolts (included). We also have TILT MOUNTS that allow you to adjust the angle of adjustment of the fender, you can tilt the front/rear up or down a few millimeters with 2 brackets (included).

This direct mount fender is designed for the forks listed below that have THREADED ORIFICES on the rear of the fork bracket:

** Some SR SUNTOUR forks have a straight through hole with no threads in the center of the fork clamp, you can purchase a SLEEVE PACKAGE to allow the PROGUARD BOLT ON to fit these forks (sold separately)

DESIGN FEATURES WITH MORE DETAIL
RUBBER PADS
The sides of the fender flares out to touch and hold the fork to dampen resonance and create more stability, thick rubber pads have been included for the sides of the fender to protect the fork

SCREWS
We had to design and manufacture our own custom M3 tonneau, as we could not find one good enough to provide the ample clamping strength and durability we needed. The following screws are included in the packaging:

M3 x 2 (FOX / MARZOCCHI)
M4 x 3 (OHLINAS)
M6 x 1 (SR SUNTOUR)
TILT SUPPORTS
We have included two TILT SUPPORTS that simply clip into the front of the bracket, allowing you to raise or lower the front for a better angle if needed, if finer adjustment is needed, simply close the end you wish to lower against the wheel and leave it overnight.

ALLEN KEYS
2 Allen keys have been included in the package with just the right length to help you fit the fender.

REAR FLICK
The raised rear flick was designed to simply offer a little more protection without adding extra length, it keeps more mud and spray from flying off the side of the frame, especially when turning the wheel

INDENT STICKER
The center indent is a nice and easy reference to which to apply our colored stickers, on the surface of the guard, which would leave it vulnerable to durability issues. The adhesive used is very special and super strong and is jet washable.

SEAL PROTECTION
Our widely acclaimed Seal Shield offers increased protection for your fork seals against high speed mud and service intervals are extended

MATERIAL
We make our fender material thicker than the competition, which along with our unique blend of polypropylene allows for massive impact protection, flexibility and most importantly durability and cold weather resistance.

NB: if you don't like shiny reflections, spray the fender with GT85 and rub, this will remove the high gloss finish
