DB Kitsuma has a wider range of damping adjustment in the compression circuit and a greater rebound control range over any other major damper on the market today. The rebound range has also been shifted downwards for greater rebound damping to accommodate the higher spring rates needed for more modern bikes.

See and feel your settings
DB Kitsum's entire range of low-speed compression and bounce circuits are controlled in a single rotation, while high-speed circuits are controlled in two rotations, allowing the rider to easily see where they are within their setting at a glance. DB Kitsuma simplifies the adjustment process by increasing the adjustment range while reducing the number of external positions on each circuit, making each position more meaningful and noticeable along the way.

There is no need to stretch your neck under the bike while manipulating small Allen keys to make adjustments. DB Kitsuma sports completely tool-free adjusters that are ergon designed to be easily accessible and adjustable on the side of the trail, giving riders the power of professional tuning at their fingertips.

Three-position climb switch
DB Kitsuma is equipped with a single lever that switches the damper between three different modes, drastically affecting the feel and character of the damper. The new three-position climb switch retains "Descend" mode and patented "CS" mode that provides a stable yet responsive platform designed to maximize traction and pedal efficiency while climbing technical terrain and easy trails. DB Kitsuma also adds a new "Firm" mode. By using a design that closes the common purge port, this third position excels when pedaling over long stretches of pavement or gravel roads on your way to the trail.
